As your new environment nears completion, you’ll need a partner who will provide care and attention to detail, ensuring that the finishing touches, such as office equipment and furniture installation, are carried out fuss-free and that final handover is completed on schedule and in full.
To facilitate this, we will provide Out of Hours working when necessary, appropriate and convenient and we will continue to carry out quality assessment during installation, build and finishing.

We will monitor all work and product quality during the installation, identifying any issues or defects and correcting these as and if they occur. The correct operation of any fittings will be checked, as will the quality, fit and finish of all furniture on arrival on site.

Should snagging work be necessary, it will be carried out within the original budget and within the original timeframe wherever possible.

The completion work will also include provision of furniture siting and fitting, the supply of any Operational or Maintenance Manuals necessary and any Building Manuals appropriate. We will also oversee your final takeover of your new offices.

Above all, we will take care that the vision and concept originally established for your new environment are fulfilled on time, on budget.
