Kent Office Solutions were contacted in early 2012 by the owners of the new White Cliffs Medical Centre who wanted a company that would work alongside them to come up with furniture designs for the new medical centre in Dover.
Kent Office Solutions discussed a number of options for the medical centre, coming up with mood boards to reflect different ranges of furniture, going through catalogues and eventually deciding on a range that would fit in with the keeping of the building.

Once ranges of furniture were decided on, KOS produced CAD plans with the use of the architects plans to show what would fit and where. This enabled everyone to see what the finished article would eventually look like. KOS made sure they were on hand for any changes that may take place—for example room size changes and fabric changes.

KOS worked alongside Jenner, the contractors, to make sure of the completion date. Once the building was ready, KOS acted as project manager for the installation of the furniture at The White Cliffs Medical Centre. Making sure that all the furniture was in place without disturbing any final touches that still needed to be made.
