Project Management
Having agreed concept and design briefs, you’ll need a partner who will control and manage your project, from risk assessment and Health & Safety compliance through to day to day onsite activity; who will liaise with all suppliers and craftsmen thus ensuring quality and consistency. So that you can be confident that your solution will be delivered on time, on budget and will exceed your expectations.
At the outset, we will produce a Method Statement; this will outline the key responsibilities, our work methods and the safety arrangements to cover all activities onsite throughout the project. This methodology is crucial to help ensure the safe, on budget, timely and successful fulfilment of your vision and the project as a whole.
We will carry out Full Risk Assessments and ensure that all employees, suppliers and contractors adhere to all Health and Safety requirements and Fire and Emergency procedures that are defined in your organisation’s policies. COSHH assessments and reports will also be taken full consideration of.
At the start of the project we will appoint a NEBOSH Accredited Project Manager, who will be named in the Method Statement and will carry responsibility for the completion of all installation work to be carried out. The Project Manager will also take responsibility for and oversee liaison between our design team, suppliers and contractors to ensure on time and on budget completion.
We will also handle any relevant Buildings Regulations requirements.
In the case of relocation to new buildings and offices for your organisation, we will help organise and oversee an Office Move for you and your staff, ensuring that key equipment is moved quickly and safely to your new offices and set up in the correct places. This will also apply to items such as files, archives, personal and any other materials which will still be required after you have moved. We will offer an out of hours service for this.
Whether you are moving to new premises or undertaking refurbishment of existing offices, we will offer a Removal of Redundant Furniture service.
